Processing time

Artisanetshop will make its best efforts so that the order is prepared and delivered to the carrier within an average of 2 - 7 working days from the day following that of the validation by the buyer of his order.

Shipping Methods 

Artisanetshop offers:  free shipping and standard services (10 to 30 days)

                                       express delivery services (3 to 7 days)

Order tracking

The Customer chooses an insured Delivery address. The Customer is responsible for a Delivery defect due to missed information during the Order.

The seller will provide him with a tracking number which allows him to track the progress of his order.

Delivery

The delivery of the parcel is done against the recipient's signature. In case of absence, a notice is left to the recipient or by email or telephone. From the date mentioned on the calling card, the recipient has 15 days to collect his package from the offices of the carrier.

Customs and import taxes

Artisanetshop is not responsible for any customs, import taxes that may apply, and for delays due to customs.
